Spring Mini Album TUTORIAL Using Up Scraps! Floral Folio Album Tutorial

In today's video I am sharing with you how I am using up my scraps from this beautiful flower market paper collection by echo park to make a whole folio album! I thought I'd take you along for the process and the tutorial and even made a cutting guide for you also for the base of the folio album! The paper matting measurements are in the video!
