I love these color cubes! I agree there is not a lot of product in each well and I wish modelones would sell the colors individually. You can buy some individually but not all.

Thank you for this review! I’ve been wanting these, but reviews are pretty mixed and I can’t tell if it’s user error or what. I’m hoping the formula is the same as their solid cream gel pots they used to sell.

Sorry I hope i didn’t confuse you even more! I personally like them and think they are worth it. 9 colors for only $11-$13 plus a brush, can’t beat that! Once u put the top coat on all the streaks disappear. They were satisfying to work with and i will reach for them often 💙💙

@@SlayByJay All good! 👍 I’ve talked with a few others who like them as well, I think a lot of the complaints are user error/inexperienced users. Kinda like how the first time we use gel polish we’re all like woah I didn’t expect this to be so thick, but we learn how to use it. Then there are others who just diss the product 🤷‍♀️ Some people can’t accept that some products come with a slight learning curve. I think this is going to be on par with their old cream gels in the pots that I loved so much! I feel like they stopped selling them bcuz so many people complained about them, they also looked streaky until top coating when used as polish.

You could paint the nail bed color inside of the full cover nail and then cure it to your natural nail and then paint the French tip on top of it? I think you possibly could do the French tip inside like the lazy girl method it would just be kinda hard!

Just wanted to say for people who watch this and haven't used these Modelones solid gels, coating your brush in a little basecoat DOES help with any streakiness. The Modelone solid gel polishes are amazing! I have about 10-12 of the 9 and 21 solid gel palettes and love each one of them! Again, using a little gel base coat on your brushes does help get rid of any streakiness…..just apply some base coat to a palette and run your brush through it. Then scoop up some of the solid gel polish and apply it to your nail. Good luck! 😉

I didn’t see if you were having to put your mail under the lamp to cure after you put a coat , or do u just do all of the coats and then top coat and then cured?
