Measurements
1 Cup= 250 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp =5 ml
Ingredients for the Crepe
All Purpose Flour 2 Cup / 300g
Water 2 Cup / 500 ml
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil for applying
Ingredients for stuffing
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Carrot Chopped 1 Cup
Capsicum Chopped 1 Cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
easy Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Chicken shredded 1 Cup (boiled in ginger garlic paste)

Tips
☆ It is very important to use non stick pan for making the Wrapping sheets.
☆ If the dough is too thin then u won't get proper result. So maintain the consistency of the dough.
☆ Cover the sheets with kitchen towel till the time of filling.
☆ There is no need to coat them with crumbs. but if you want you can give egg wash, roll in bread crumbs and then fry.
☆ There is difference in consistency of dough as per the gluten content in it. So if you feel the dough is thick add little water but be careful. This you will understand when you make first wrapping sheet.

Yes, you can. They must be folded in a way that they are not tight. If too tight the sheets tend to get cracks. To prevent this you can dip in egg wash and coat with bread crumbs. By this way you can store in freezer as long as you want. And you must arrange only a single layer in an airtight container. Hope this will help you. Thank u for watching

You added 2 cups of self raising flour and then another cup of flour?? What is the other cup ??

I added 1cup+1cup= 2 cups of self raising flour which is approximately 300grams and mixed with 2 cups (500ml) water with salt 1/2 tsp. Only these things are used in the video for making wrapping sheets.
