I am no exaggerating when I say that I was moved to tears. Something about the way it was presented and the audio, and the casual manner of the models made it seem so personal a almost sad. Beautiful clothes, beautiful models, beautiful hair & make-up and beautifully presented.

Karl said this collection was a nightmare he had that he jotted on his pad when he woke up and the set was a Pen in some whimsical place...the song on blast is called "touched by an Angel....always the best production from this house. The gowns are truly breathtaking. So sad to have seen him go.....when you're mind is of the now and your body has to check out....this is a perfect example of life being truly short. r.i.p

One of the most painstakingly beautiful collections Karl has ever put out. An absolute dream. I felt like I was in a rich courtyard in France covered in greenery next to a chateau. This show should be under the word fantasy in the dictionary. The feathered gown at 14:28 is such a stunning masterpiece.

Daniel Reyes I do that all the time.., whenever a new Chanel collection was released I would say “last years show was better!” Then I’d see that same collection some time later and be like “actually that was genius! I love it!”... there’s just so much to take in and absorb in terms of creativity and detail that you really do have watch a show multiple times, or even pause the video at certain looks to truly comprehend the genius!

Botanical stages in Christian Dior Haute Couture & Chanel Haute Couture (coincidence?). Le Grand Palais itself it's a maginificent and unique palace but Karl always transforms it into something magical. Karl's taste is music is AWESOME.

The finale looked like a dreamy story that was told. A pair of cutaway feathered beauties, one pink, one dusty green, worn with black leather gauntlets and boots came out. Following that were twin brides that looked delicate and diaphanous in aged white gowns and a ring bearer (Lagerfeld's godson). This is shown as gay marriage is being debated fiercely in France right now. So why not now? It is the perfect time. Esp. if you have the right dress & feel graceful & when it comes from Chanel!

I can see some hunger games style references made in this show, especially since the hunger games franchise was going on during this time, from the way the dark eyeliner is to the style of hair really shows the similarities of the time, same with the pastel gray colors is very similar to what the hunger games population wore.

veryffff I know, it’s just so surreal because I’ve only ever seen him through the internet, photos, videos, etc... it doesn’t even feel like he’s actually dead, except the fact that there are going to be no more new collections of his to be seen... but he leaves a legacy that without a doubt proves him to be the greatest artist and designer of the 21st century! No one will ever and can ever compare to his creative vision that was expressed through his work with CHANEL and numerous other brands!

It's definitely beautiful, but Chanel Couture collections are almost identical to each other, but they're always sugarcoated with fancy settings and music to make them appear unique.

I dont think they are. They probably appear to be because some elements come back on each show but thats on purpose. This is what chanel does, it always stays true to itself. That is what works and what makes it uniqueee
