Hey there, Spring Texas is huge. Houston is a flood zone…the only way to determine this is to know the zone categories, inquire with home insurance provider and get sellers disclosure.

Texas has two seasons, hot and DAMN HOT. Texas is in the same latitude as West Africa. Humidity is oppressive. I live near JSC.

They’re really good about spraying pesticide. Mosquitos love me and really no issues here. My allergies were much worse when I lived in San Antonio.

Great question. There are certain portion particularly near Aldine Westfield area, some neighborhoods flooded during Harvey. Better to check the flood zones and purchase flood insurance to be sure :-).

As a Springer, we had 9 inches in 2016, in Harvey it’s was just under 4ft. So yes there are some areas that would have to watch out for and buy flood insurance
