Parents bought land and camp there in late 70s.......My brothers and I loved fishing there till we moved away ....beautiful place....

Louisiana has non-existent freshwater fisheries management. The limits have never been adjusted for the added pressure on our lakes. 50 white perch/sacalait/crappie is ridiculous. No limit on brim is ridiculous.

Water clarity makes no difference. If you're using a trolling motor and depth finder they know you're there. Vibrations and sonar pulsations are way more easily detected than by sight.
