I normally use standard egi style squid jigs when fishing less heavily fishes jetties. The Shimano Sephia Clinch Flash Boost are my top performers in these places.

It seems Brighton is better dor squidding than Port Noarlunga Jetty as the water is more calm. Great video Jeff!!! Nice Ikijime right there too I would like to ask a question from an absolute beginner. Does run-in tide mean like 3 hrs before high tide? Keep it coming cheers

Very nice, your karate beats have also improved ;) I wanted to ask what are the lines in the water ???
@JEFFISH4 жыл бұрын
Crab nets and other squidders lines. There will be at least 200 as the weather gets hotter.

Hi Jeff, I'm writing to you from Spain. Did you try the Great White color? what do you think about it?
@JEFFISH4 жыл бұрын
Hey! I think the great white colour is awesome when the water is calmer but the conditions are overcast. Without a bright sun, the white stands out better than a reflective or UV option. 👍
@vegermite4 жыл бұрын
Hi Jeff,I just tried the duo d-squid herring ruff with success.caught six this morning,I used a swivel to attach the lure to my line but is this how you attached your lure to line? Otherwise I’m very happy for your tips :) Keep up the good work
@JEFFISH4 жыл бұрын
Hey man :> As a rule, I always use a loop knot for my squid jags and soft plastics. Fish can see swivels, especially land based so I avoid anything beyond just bare line usually.
