Firearms have been designed to NOT allow magazine releases to be able to activate with a firing grip since you drastically increase the chance of accidental activation while shooting.

Flyers are most likely the first shots that are chambered by using the slide stop as a slide release! I’ve seen this so much I won’t chamber a round that way anymore…

Don't waste your money. Springfield hasn't been a reputable or honest brand for quite some time. Their business model is to sell repackaged Croatian guns to unsuspecting fudds who think they're buying from the same manufacturer that provided guns to our military. Springfield also donated to anti2A Political Action Committees as well as donating to anti-gun politicians. If you want to fund more gun control lobbyists, buy a Springfield.

I think the plates are made by Agency Arms for Springfield. I haven't confirmed. And I hear you but with the cost of a date night well into $150-$200 these days. $130 just doesn't concern me for a tool accessory. Gotta pay to play kinda thing. YMMV.

I've bee wanting a p365 sized DS 1911 option for years. Really nice to see the prodigy line going in that direction. I hope the S&W CSX 2.0 is more like this prodigy compact in its feature set.
