I know it has been almost 4 yrs since you made this video, but yours i the CUTEST TP mini I have seen. I love the colors, but what I really love, is the thickness of it...and how you did the binding. I subscribed to you and I am just praying you have video of how you did the binding. I want to make a bunch of these and give them to Newborn mom's as their first little albums while they are in the hospital...they can journal and take some little pics..Just a give away thing..this is so cute , they would work as gifts to give away at a bridal shower or a baby shower or things like that..No a lot involved like the big albums.. S, SO CUTE!

Unfortunately i don't have a tutorial on the binding, but it was the stack the deck binding invented by Laura Dennison of following the paper trail, a video where she shows how to make the binding is here; kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4vCZ6ObZ7-beqs, watch from about 2 minutes 30 if you just want to see the binding bit! I just added eyelets to mine as extra detail and security. I love that you want to create these little albums for new mums, what a super kind idea! What a gorgeous album. I've made a couple toilet roll albums. The first I used metal binder rings. Didn't like that, it was too chunky. The second one I used patterened duct tape, that worked better. But I like what you did best, I'm going to try that on my next one.

Hi Shelly, i'm so pleased that you liked my little TP mini! It was the first one i ever made! I've also tried the binder rings, but like you said they are too bulky, also the album has no support and flops about while you're looking at it! Looking to make an album to leave each of my children and my husband when I am gone. I have to craft in bed. Not so bad really and gives me something to do. It will have to be the most budget friendly option. I have lupus and had 3 heart attacks before I was 40. My meds now that I don't work are eating my budget up! :). THANK YOU for taking the time to share those links with me! I am off to watch and learn, and finish my Thanksgiving cards. Going to haul the cricut onto the bed and cut out the inside. Someday I will master that thing. I wish my dad had left just a letter, so I MUST do these albums for them.
