Springtrap's design is actually fairly realistic and there is an explanation for his lack of a skeleton. His bones fell out except for his skull, parts of this hands and fingers, and maybe his pelvis. Remember he's been rotting in the safe room for 30 years.

It still upsets me that the best design Springtrap ever got was the most lackluster game imo. The original design for him is still the best but fnaf 3 was very lackluster.
