I wasn't too sure about the voice at first but no it does fit. The only thing I'd say would be for a small bit more of gravel in the voice. it's a bit too clean at the start. Best part would probably be at 0:31 0:12 makes me think of Patty and Selma from The Simpsons. But that evil laugh at the end is absolutely perfect.
