Good observation! I was on the fence about it but I felt like I couldn't get past the lack of "stickiness" of their offering. I don't like that they don't publish common SaaS metrics like net retention rate in their earnings releases either. I think - even though it's objectively very cheap - that there are better opportunities out there for me as an "anti-risk" kind of investor. I still like the stock nonetheless, just didn't make it to my own portfolio. Hope that makes some sense and doesn't sound too crazy.
