I Think he is a Smart Rider. Today he knew he cannot win the stage. The only thing in his mind was win more time from the second place in the generator classification. The only way he could do that was the way he did it. In terms of wasting energy, when you look at his wattage numbers, this is a five out of the in his effort. The first two hours Pogqcar was in zone two. He only went to his four and five wattage zone in the last five minutes of the race. He is fresh.

This was a sprint stage. He had more chance winning with a breakaway in the last climb with 2 people with him and just win against them before the sprinters ate them. Which is what exactly happened. The fact that he still almost got away with the fun is hilarious. Imagine losing to him on a sprint stage as a pure sprinter. 😂

The story isn't just who won, but how did he get there, where was he placed, how did his team line him up whose wheels did he surf? That's what the finish of a sprint is all about. @@tungstenkid2271 I will agree that it was not a wise choice but as far as "wasting energy" I don't think that last 5 min's of the stage will effect later stages for several reasons. #1) He is Pogi and is capable of things nobody else is capable of #2) That display was not a huge waste of energy at all, he will easily recover from that with one nights sleep, food and massage #4) He is capable of much more displays of strength and endurance than what he showed at the end of that stage. That was just Pogi doing Pogi things. BUT I will say that he should probably have NOT used that tactic. Poor choice on his behalf but it won't effect him in later stages!! Then I tell them "it must be the fabric they make their kits with"😂 and people curse me out EVERY time. I did what not a lot of people do and that is to do MY OWN RESEARCH and to look into it myself and I've come to the conclusion that he along with others are on "the program". What I think is truly insane is the fact that peoples proof that he's "all natty" is simply because he has never given a positive test result😂😂😂😂 that is the lamest excuse/reason EVER!!! How long did the guys in the 80 on Festina and PDM dope without getting caught. They didn't even get caught with testing!! Festinas Dr got busted with the dope itself heading to the TDF😂😂😂. How long did Lance dope without getting caught? He too didn't get caught with testing!! Here's the deal, (full disclosure) . . . My younger brother is a full blown addict and has been for 30 years, and he can pass a test at the drop of a hat. He doesn't even pay some Dr €100,000s to teach him how to beat a test!! An addict knows how to beat these tests!! ESPECIALLY when you pay HUGE amounts of money to a Dr to teach you how to beat the testing!!! That's another thing I looked into also. I looked into how the testing protocols are flawed. Once you do the research you really get a better perspective on the doping going on and then you'll have a better understanding and respect for the sport. Personally I enjoy the doping in the sport. We get to see superhumans doing superhuman sh1t!!! It's great😂. But don't say these lads are NOT on "the program" just because they are your favourite riders or because the UCI says "the sport of cycling is the cleanest it's ever been"😂😂. That makes me laugh!! People are either naive or Stoopid and I tend to think the latter. Pogi is not the only one either. Gianetti (UAE sports Director) was linked to doping years ago and Pogi is like his child!! Not to mention the team is owned by arabs and the money is unlimited and the need to win and be number one does not stop when it comes to doping!!! FACTS!!! I love talking to others that actually realize the TRUTH. It's refreshing to know SOME people are smart enough to know the truth. It's not even that hard to believe. It's really quite simple. These lads are breaking records of KNOWN dopers!!! 🤘🏻🏴
