It has worked out well. I didn't change too much with it and it has worked out nicely for my family. I added a microwave and softened up the interior (added grey carpet to wall, covered vinyl with fabric, and put foam puzzle pieces on the floor. made the bed convertible using the bench. We use it for camping and hauling motorcycles/furniture/etc. As far as repairs, I replaced the radiator that was leaking and put a new ac compressor in it. Be sure to replace the turbo intake seal and have a spare on hand (easy diy), mine had a tear and was on the verge of taking out my turbo. Also be sure to put a new fuel filter in (I had one get too cloged/filled on a trip to Orlando which had the van continuously stalling - luckily close to a dealer and I replaced it in a walmart parking lot). I had issues with the van hiccuping when going up hills and resolved by cleaning the ecg valve.

I appreciate all the tips, I didn’t buy because it has 300k! It’s a diesel, but I’m not sure I want to risk it for long trips with 3 kids! Like the foam puzzle pieces idea:)
