Using the outer plate is much easier! Actually much easier to install than I assumed. Cut off wheels being sketchy and all. Great use of space!

Perfect, thanks for the video! I was wondering how to install it (just saw video on the short version from Owl) and this came exactly on time! About the installation - using the front plate as a template is much better than what owl has in their video (silver back plate). Thanks for the product!

The metal we're adding is thicker than the metal we're removing. We also give you a .125" flange for behind the assembly which serves to make it more rigid.
