Your first monument coming up! For TTT, just pace a little less hard and you'll be fine. You won't win, but you won't lose that much time and might have some kick left for the end of the TTT. I would also just burn the bad TT's at the start so at least they have some use instead of just sitting in the wheel.

This and also pacing uphill section at 88 isn't a good idea because you burn riders on your wheel. It is better to do climbs a bit slower and don't lose riders

The results for the TTT are displayed chaotically, but I think this is because this is the order of the first rider of each team, but than they receive the time of the forth in your team... (the first three are +29'', but Niehues is +1'11'') so this means you would have been 10th (or a little bit better) without the split in your team, which seems fair (and Lührs would still be 3rd in GC at the end). So just avoid the split by not going all in too much or correct it by idling the three riders in front until they are back together...

TTT's are similar to ITT's in that you don't want your red bar to be empty, because your rider loses a bit extra red bar when trying to slot back in the train. If it's already empty, he will drop and everything goes to shit. Best way to do well in these is to leave a bit in the tank, don't try to perfectly empty riders

great hill finish on stage 4, especially given your climby bois are much bettee in mtn than hill. looking forward to more peo cyclist mode now that sprints don't look impossible!
