Sprite Rice Puto | Eve's Gourmet Authentic Filipino Cooking

Hi everyone, today's recipe is a regular rice puto cooked using Sprite. This is a very unique rice cake recipe that I made using Sprite soft drink. The product is so delicious, soft and has a fine texture! It's really worth it!

Ingredients:
3 cups Rice flour
2 cups All Purpose flour
5 tsp Baking Powder
1 and 1/2 cups Sugar
2 Egg whites
1 cup Cooking oil
3 cups Sprite

Please try it and let me know the result. You may add more liquid if you use All Purpose flour only because wheat flour is thicker than rice flour.
