If I had a city lot like these, my absolute priority would be to plant so that eventually the surrounding buildings and windows wouldn't be seen.

Do you ever go back to these gardens to see how they've aged?

Beautiful but the prices are way off. 5,000 pounds is 🥜. The dirt work alone would cost more than that. I just got a quote to regrade dirt paddocks half that size and much less grade and it was 3.

I've noticed that, too. I don't know if it's because of where they are but in the US these make-overs would cost BLOOD, including the mature plants and trees they put in.

@@lesliekendall5668 good point, maybe US prices are way higher

Actually that's not what heeling in a tree means.

Can you explain what heeling is?
@lesliekendall56689 ай бұрын
@@hadrianwall-r7h You dig a slanted hole, like one shovelful and then put the tree in at a slant just to hold it in the ground until you're ready to plant it permanently.

@@lesliekendall5668 Ah-ha! Thank you for the explanation. I imagine this could allow one to play around with the placement of the trees.
@lesliekendall56689 ай бұрын
@@hadrianwall-r7h It's just a way to keep bare root trees until the weather is nicer.
