CR transformation does not work with negative scores, at least when you do what you do in spss.

Try adding a constant value to all scores before transforming so that they are not negative (this won't change corresponding associations with other scores)

Hi, do you use any package/library to obtain such style for diagrams/graphics? I get a different style which looks not so great as the one in the video. I mean the colors and column width in the histograms/Q-Q etc

This was all done in SPSS v26 - I think in v25 they 'prettified' their graph/table output. Which version are you using?
