This is SPT and not Live, the HUD is a mod

This is SPTarkov, aka Single Player Tarkov. Basically this is tarkov that is separate from live tarkov and allows mods to be installed. These mods include bug fixes, ui or hud improvements, difficulty tweaks, realism mod which is basically hardcore tarkov with more real life mechanics, SAIN and other mods so that AIs can be spawned as PMCs and Scavs where the difficulty of the bots can also be tweeked and many Quality of Life features
