In order to allow the military to operate domestically, Congress has to enact the Insurrection Act. The Posse Comitatus Act bars the military from enforcing laws unless explicitly stated by Congress. I suggest you read up on your law knowledge before coming in here like that bc I swore that same oath, it doesn’t me the power to start engaging domestic terrorists as a Marine.
