Hi I'm in the uk and we are not so familiar with differing types of ammunition......could you please explain the difference? Is birdshot small pellets of metal or something else?

@@yobeatthat85. Yeah birdshot is a type of shotgun round which is meant for basically killing birds. It’s small BBs with less powder to kill small game. If you get shot with birdshot it will hurt severely but most times not life threatening
