Talented is probably not the right word because the Spurs do have 2 established All-stars. But the Nuggets have more potential as a team. And yes, Game 7 will be insane and may even go to OT. On paper, Nuggets have the edge due to homecourt advantage but it's the Spurs we're talking about here so anything can happen.

It would help them in future seasons to winning a title. Plus Portland is probably the best matchup for Denver or the spurs in the west right now.

@@judyclarkson5887 it's true he can stop Jokic but most of the time the teams who have beaten the Spurs teams in a game 7 has literally dominate offensively. It's something about that Spurs system that you can just about put anybody in there and pull off a miracle. In 2012 NBA finals in game 7 I watched Lebron and the Miami heat throw everything they could at a very OLD past their prime Spurs team and it all came down to Tim Duncan missing one lay up in the 4th that allow Miami to put them away. I've never seen anything like Pop in a game 7. I think Denver is going to wished they had won game 6.

Spurs need Derrick white to step up game 7. Drive in the paint and foul jokic out if possible. He can cut through their defense especially now. He’s softened down they won’t expect another 36 pointer. If he heats up spurs are gonna win.

Brendan Anders I like Derrick white but he got overhyped and it’s pressure for him to be a star now because of that one game. He has potential we need something of a 20point game from him and the rest of the guys to stay composed. It’s tough when you are trying to win on mid range game for the whole series but I believe they can do it as long the defense comes ready to play

Milan Stojanovic it’s all about defense for this matchup. Denver has more depth and more 3point shooters if the perimeter gets shut down it’s all on jokic to get the offense rolling so I do like my chances heading back to San Antonio hoping that the defense can shutdown Murray, Harris force jokic to work the paint. It’s a tough call for game 7.

If you really think about it Barkley, the Lakers were picked by many to go to the Western Conference Finals, the Spurs were picked to miss the playoffs. In reality, the Spurs are playing with house money. They really don't have anything to lose. Once you reach game 7, pressure on both teams. Eliminate the seeding factor, and you just have two teams just trying to win one more game to advance. Looking at the situation prospectively, if Spurs get ousted, the odds of them coming back to playoffs diminishes more than Nuggets. Old stars vs rising stars.

plumlee missing an ez layup in the third to make it a 1 point game lost the game, from there the spurs lead just went up
