By the grace of God, I saw this man several years ago in N.C. with my wife and learned a great deal. Started back reading and listening to him again .....the love , wisdom, patience (and laughter) of God through Dr.Chapman lets us know if you love your spouse, children, neighbor, ANYBODY God's way that there is hope!

This was such a powerful breakdown of how to give and receive an apology. I remember I felt even more pain when someone close to me gave me an apology but was not offering restitution. It just felt as if the apology wasn't sincere.
