First thing I want to say is that It's a 6+ years old video of there conversation, you may check ISI's ranking today.today most of the countries fear Pakistan, they think thousanda of times before going against Pakistan.The countries like America which is called the Super Power are afraid of ISI. It's not just a name it has become a Brand. secondly I suggest every reader not to assume the media report as 100% true, because they show what they are told/shown. But in reality the situations are different in most cases. The man says that ISI is caught in a web and says that ISI lie that's there job. I would love Fareed Zakaria if he had asked him if americans that truthful what did they do in Iraq ? What about other Arabian countries and Afghanistan? Why were they welcomed but later on why were they disliked and were withdrawn from the countries??

I was attending the National Groundwater Association in December of 2009 in New Orleans. I could get all 14 of my required Continuing Education Units in a few days there. One morning I was having the continental breakfast in the hotel across the street from the convention Center. I had seen some men in military uniforms and was wondering who they were. Got some spicy comments, but if you set aside your nationality and see, there are thousands of reasons that ISI has been categorized as the top in the list. If you open up the history, and go through different tasks handled by ISI, sure you will get the answer; whether its runaway of Soviet Union from Afghanistan, Israel's plan to attack the Nukes, Karghil Operation etc. ISI never let us down due Intelligence failure but yes, Law Enforcement Institutions are need to be improved and they are improving speedily. The problem only comes when they get involved in Politics and I believe that is over already.
