It's magic... I don't have space to remove the HID connector, but on the video, the HID connector is teleported to the other side ! Wow ! So I try since 1 hour to remove it...

@@cooperg4605 it was 3 years ago, but if I remember you have to change the height setting of the headlights (you know, they rotate to adjust)

i watched the generic video on how to install the headlights on my is300, and since the daytime running light is not a part of the turn signals and is actually a part of the high beams, how would i hook this up??

hey i just ordered these and in the video he doesnt take the servo motor off the adjuster... he just installs the new headlights back into the car without using the motor off the old headlight... i have taken if off the old head lights but for the life of me cant figure out how to attach it to the spyder headlights.. its like different.. can you describe how im suppose to do this? and if i do not use the adjuster motor.. will that be ok? i mean its gonna leave the plug disconnected and just hanging there?

jonscurve our headlights were designed to be adjusted manually by 8mm sockets. unfortunately they don't work with the adjuster motor.

it seems to have the shaft part on the spyder headlights but its different and doesnt attach to the old motor.. the old motor has its own shaft with a black rubber ball joint on the end... and i do not know how to adapt this.. i cant find any info on it either

Yes they will, The unit will need to be transfer over to the new lights

has anyone had to upgrade ballasts because the lights are not bright? I have these on my IS300 but with power the LEDs, halo and headlight, the headlight is dull, can someone help

I can not figure out what I should connect the LED wires to for my IS300... I watched the generic Spyder video on how to do it, but the IS300 does not have a normal parking light. If it's supposed to be the daytime light (city light?), it seems it's part of the high beams... I really could use some help if anyone else figured this out.

@@deannaw4933 wow this is a late reply lol but found the Halo, the LEDs don't work still. I thought the LEDs are connected to the Halo but I guess not... Just now messing with it because I did a lot of work to my car and got her back on the road again. Still can't figure this out 🤣

@@deannaw4933 Just figured it out bro! Those pigtails where you connect the green and black, they are reversed. Gotta redo the wires. Poorman mods got these lights almost a year ago and he talks about it there too.

No matter what i hook the green and white wires (led strip) up to they dont have power. Its supposed to be plug and play but that didn't work so i even plugged them into a large battery which powered the halos but did nothing for the led strip

Nick, did you ever figure out this issue? My bud and I just installed these lights on his 300 and had the same problem. The bottom LED strip will not light up
