Other way around, the xmaxx is actually too small for this 2X blower lol, the blower measures 28" wide

I think i should build it.. flat spring like those slinky.. only much thicker..ever joint that the you flip the springs .. that where you add a Bearing braket ...and you could have 8 worm screws with one side spur gear.. that spin off the first plate that spin and direct the first set of wheels.

Need to solve what is stopping the snow from complete leaving the shoot as it looks like 50% is falling not far from the unit.

How fast does the motor on the auger gearbox spin? The thing almost sounds like a gas engine when it's loaded down.

very very soon, trying to within a day or two, the KAT will come out before the blower, at least a week apart if not more, still working on all the assembly videos.

How does it handle slush created by the city snowplows at the end of the driveway? My craftsman snowblower clogs up.

I have not tried it in slush really yet, but the big dams left by city plows it can't really handle well, the blower itself could, but the KAT doesnt have enough traction to push into it. It could if you put more weight on the KAT maybe. I will have to test that in the future.

If you spray the blower shoot with cooking spray like PAM, it reduces the clogging, release it does for my blower.

are both stages of the snowblower run by the same motor?

Yup, it is belt driven on the back, runs through the impeller, then split in a 2 stage gear reduction transmission out to the augers.
