Hey! I think you need to be around the level 18-20 to unlock the spymasters hideout. Bare in mind you need to be doing main quests with the soul riders and aideen , hope this helped!

You unlock it in a certain level, it unlocks when your mostly doing main quests I think you might have to be level 18+ or higher xx haven’t had anyone comment on vid for so long since I stopped making vids! 😅😋

You have to be level 15, a star rider, and have done the quest where you help the guy in a hot air balloon on the ground in between silver glade manor and silver glade village
