To play as ember in spyro a hero's tail, you must obtain all of the pink flower dragon eggs. you can meet her near the first dark gem at the beginning of the game near gnasty gnorc's lair in dragon village. To play as Flame in spyro a hero's tail, you must obtain all of the fire dragon eggs. you can meet flame at the beginning of the game in the entrance to gnasty gnorc's lair before you defeat him.

I found another hidden area that you can only get to through the swim-in-the-air glitch - I think it's a leftover beta thing of the area with the lift to Cloudy Domain.

I remember once on the PS1 Spyro games, I died underwater and respawned air-swimming. It was only a matter of time before I died again.

Going to the other side of the net could result in being hit because that water over there contains toxic and you have to have a armor shield invincibility in order to prevent that from happening.

It's not Spyro. You can play as Ember or Flame by collecting the dragon eggs. If you collected them, go to the Unlockables and you can change characters. Note: The voice will be Spyro's, no matter what character you have.

You play the game EXACTLY how I do. Oh and I found a WAY easier "swim in the air glitch". Some times it takes long, sometimes it doesn't.

Nice glitches and nice finds! (Although I did find those glitches where you can have Spyro/Ember/Flame can get pushed very high up into the air while you're on that platform in Swimming Glitch Mode a while ago.)

Than after the platform stops, you need to swim all the way down to Cloudy Domane, but I guess it won't be much of an issue for the ruins, until you exit that area

I don't have this game, but I used to get scared to go outside the level in Spyro 3 when doing the swim in air glitches, but not anymore!!!!! :D

I found a swim in the air glitch by my self, and I found a way to get past the feild keeping you from going high while youu are "swimming in the air". It is so fun. I promise I will show a guide on it soon. :D

The first glitch--- I know how to go on the other side of the fence, and then walk underwater over there for as long as you want. You use the wing-shield ability when you are stanging on one of those brown poles that are on the white fence. First, carefully stand on it, then get as close the the edge as you can to the other side of the fence, use the wing shield ability and start turning to un-balance yourself to fall into the water (this may take a lot of tries XD) and hopefully you fall.

I found a glitch, not sure how it happened but in the sunken runes the part where it drags you into the water to talk to the mermaid, after she'd finished talking my character 'fell' and i wasn't able to swim under the water. i could glide, charge and breath fire etc :')

I was trying to do that glitch at 2:47and I got through the wall but instead of swimming in the air, I ended up in Eneptune's cavey thing!!! And I only had 2 of the dark gems on that level!!! So now I can finish coastal remains with 22 dark gems!!! How awesome is that? :D

AND FOR ANOTHER GLITCH IN THIS WORLD: Somehow I fell into one of the water places and it didn't let me swim.. so i just walked around until I couldn't get out and I quit XD Oh! and in the first world (I'm such an idiot I forgot the name XD) another way to get to the forever falling black screen thing is to jump up onto Moneybag's door then fly towards the wall... you go right through it

i know how to stop the stuck thing without leaving the game if you breathe fire (or any othrer element) into the camera where your face is really close to it you will glitch out

If this was a standalone game, it would be awesome. But since it's Spyro, it doesn't really give credit to the original games. Even though Enter the Dragonfly was a terrible example, it stuck with the basics of the prequels and I'd go with Dragonfly over Hero's Tail anyday.
