Thanks for showing off my mod on here! I'm just sorry I hadn't realized how much fog is in Artisans if you don't go into the files and disable. You could barely even see the nighttime skybox which is really a shame. By the way, I've got some videos up right now showing off my latest project. Instead of just replacing the graphics, i've figured out how to swap graphics on the fly which means you can swap to cynder mid-level, replace the level graphics with ps1 and then switch back to hd on a dime, and all sorts of other cool stuff.

Twenty years ago, Insomniac made a game that twenty years from then, Toys For Bob would completely remake pixel by pixel with twenty years of development in graphics technology, only for moders to take the remade game and mod it to look like it came out twenty years ago. I feel like a few steps could have been skipped in that process... EDIT: 4:26 Oh God, what fresh Hell is this?

It clearly wasn't made pixel by pixel though, Reignited is insanely inaccurate to the original games. though I really don't want to argue about how faithful Reignited is anymore, it's old news and I've wasted too much of my life talking about it. My point is that the whole point of mods like this is to make fun new maps for people to enjoy, not to disregard Reignited altogether :) it just happens to be that some of the Modders for Reignited really like the original graphics, there's nothing wrong with that and if they're going to make new content for people then they'll make it with whatever graphics they prefer to have. If you don't like the original graphics then that's all good 👍 just don't play the mods.

I just noticed Ember saying an implied joke, and the references like in 9:19 with the picture holding the very intro from The Legend of Spyro A New Beginning. Such great cameo. At that point I wish that it could be like Super Mario 64 and enter the world.

A question 1:00 is it possible to have Artisan dragons but without clothes? Though i way prefer this since they look more like dragons now, just dont like how soft the remake of this is, interms of the Artisan dragons. But cool mod!

The clothes are all just separate meshes - so if you're able to export the modded models, you can just kill off the extra parts in Blender. Only real problem would be to get them to function the way they should in UE after reimporting them...the dragons can be really finicky with animation issues.

We all thought that the spyro series was done for back then then came TFB with a pug named spyro, it was a disrespect and disapointment to see our favorite childhood dragon being used as bait for more people to play skylanders but then came the light at the end of the tunnel, the remake was released and we classic fans were extatic and happy that it came back, hopefully this isn't the last good spyro we see ever. So you have to see in our perspective the series was getting bad games (not all games were bad mind you) and we didn't see spyro in 8 years (before the trilogy was announced) so we're glad that it didn't end.

@Miguel Gamer I didn't mind the Skylanders and Legend of Spyro series that had Spyro. They weren't bad, they weren't perfect, but they were good in my opinion. Of course, fans disliking the Skylanders Spyro Toys for Bob passionately worked with being "disrespectful" is very tiresome.

Not strange at all, it's called enjoying the original art style. We grew up with the original games and prefer those graphics and styles so why not make custom levels with the graphics we enjoy? Plus making PS1 custom levels is a lot less work in comparison to HD assets. I didn't make this mod but I'm making similar ones. Also.. Spyro 1 came out 1998. :)
