I kinda think it was mistake of OWI to release attack chooper without proper aa asset for pre existing team and does not rework UFO flying mechanic but it sure looks cool

It takes one 7.62 bullet to engine the little bird, or two 9mm bullets... no need for AA with this. Just look at it and shoot in it's general direction. Also no cockpit armor. Bullets go straight thru the glass unlike every other heli in the game ...

I hope they add in that CAS Venom that's been in the game files for a while. (It's also shown in the trailer for the newest update). And i doubt this would happen, but it'd be nice if some heli's got miniguns on their doors instead of the FN Mag's

I am glad you are able to be flying this thing live. Hardly can get my hands on it, people keep claiming it and just crashing it a few hundred meters from main 99% of the time. I should hit up a live Jensen's though. Also nice use of the flight model with the cartwheels, the thing has some real engine/yaw power.

That’s really hard cause there is no ranging indicator and they’re pretty inaccurate if you can’t see what your shooting at, also not a lot of splash damage

i really want to play heli in squad but get put off by how much game knowledge youd need, and supply dropping allat. i have so many hours in arma 3 w/ heli flying and am curious, should I play the game a lot more before trying out heli or just practice in firing range?

Practice in an online server in custom browser that has helis, and yeah just fly around. I also have a tutorial page on my KZbin if you need help

Im pretty sure the loach engine health is a bug, because it makes the helicopter useless, allowing any infantry on the ground to shoot in the general direction of the engine with a rifle once and its dead.

In my community SQL needs to report every vehicle kills. It’s a valuable information. We need to know what the opponents have to adapt the plan according to it. And we count the timer after those call. Every vehicle kills or loses matter the game. Our community have very aggressive SQL that will take initiative to rush if the opponent lost multiple armored vehicles. The logi dead means lack of resistance and less change to be attacked and opponent reinforcement are weaken.
