I'll say it again. A good role for newbies is medic. Everyone love the medics and itll help you slow roll into mechanics and you'll easily be doing alot to help.

The best things to know for Squad is this one very simply but somehow very difficult thing: 1. Communication (a good microphone is mandatory) 🧐 When you join a squad, establish a good relationship with your squadmates and your squadleader. When he asks a question or relays information properly respond to it and don't make it only "yes/no", otherwise we feel like we talking to a brick wall. If we ask you something or tell you anything, respond. If I say something or you barely talk within the duration of the game personally I'm removing you from my squad and yes, I do write down your username on a note and if you ever join me in the future I just auto-kick you. I cannot say how important communication and constant communication is. Being shy, awkward, quiet, basic? Then the game is not for you. Think about other people too we are all humans don't make us think we talking to a damn wall. 😅😅

Also, if you are new: 1. Do not go for Squadleader you must know a thing or two. 2. Do not go for Commander you need to know the basics of the game and quite a bit more internal for fighting strategies, etc. 3. Do not take ANY sort of armour, learn the basic vehicles and controls and basic game mechanics and functions first. 4. Communicate 5. Play the active objective do not roam like a headless chicken, don't go for crazy loadouts ask what SL recommends and play it - boring or not you are contributing to the entire faction. 6. MAP! LOOK AT THE MAP!!! Check if you think somebody is enemy/friendly, check the objectives, marks of vehicles, infantry, etc.

Yep, new players that communicate and focus on the betterment of the squad rather than their scoreboard will progress nicely!
