Thats where it will be based for the foreseeable future and where it's next overhaul will be done. It's owned by BBLS, but effectively will be an ELR engine

@trevorbrown6453 it's due its overall shortly and they haven't got anybody to do the overall at thd NVR SO EAST lancs will be running it until its ticket runs out and than there undertake the the work
