"Melissa" - Short A Cappella cover by SquaDus

Hey there! Another day, another acapella!
This time another nostalgic opening - from the first "FullMetal Alchemist" series (2003) - the first opening "Melissa" originally by Porno Graffitti.
I actually couldn't sing it without the backing vocals (it just feels so empty without them!), so I just recorded them over it XD Sorry for the difference in mic quality.
Also this time I tried using my phone camera which makes the audio quality lower but the video quality got better and there are less background noises from the living room XD

How do you usually record? You usually don't use your phone?

If you talk about video? No, except when someone is recording me live. When I need to film myself singing I usually either use my Canon PowerShot SX60 HS or my Sony HDR-MV1 I bought in Japan, which produces a great sound but also taking a lot of background noises because of its mic setup. But both are suffering from picture quality issues that comes with the way they handle low-light situation. My phone handles it better and can cut noises from the living room but mic quality is meh. When I need to just record I'm using my Rode NT1-A. Maybe for the next ones I should just record one shot with camera and Mic to enhance the audio quality.
