Me too?! About using this layout?? I thought you were using a different one. But I have a downloaded BIG Happy Planner pages set including Fitness and now I want to copy your planning style to motivate myself to get movement into my life on a regular basis!! I’ve been so wanting to decorate pretty fitness pages and now I am ready to follow your flow Stephanie. Taken me some time to be at this point, and to be able to make my go to planner fitness page pretty on top of exercising (slowly and one day at a time) then yeah, I am all in!! Thanks for all the designing of all your pages and especially this one!! Arlene 😊

Can you do PWM Fitness videos and talk about what exercises you do please 🙏🏾? Where do you record the exercises? On this same page? I thought you used to record your routine on a monthly?
