I have one of those metal bending machines in my garage for no reason and sometimes I use it to make flashing. I’m totally gonna learn that technique to go from square to round, that’s so handy.

That must be 26 or 24 gauge. No way you could bump roll two pieces at once with anything heavier than 24. It would be under kinked.

You are correct rough work the joint should be on the narrow side and a grooved seam a lot better once sealed a lot less likely to leak . Sheet gauge looks too thin for the size.

Jacob Shotts what are you talking about unions pride them selves on quality work. I worked 14 years non union in all types of manufacturing, no pay bad benefits and go go go, quality took a back seat. I disagree with the politics but union is the way to go

@marcellemay77214 жыл бұрын
All the union guys are crying because it didn't take this guy all day to produce a transition. I'm quite sure this part wasn't produced to union Standards but thats really not the point. He did it for 1/10th the cost of a union made part. This is why unions can't get any private sector work. They have to rely on the Government to pay for their fluffy pensions and outrageous wages. The private sector can't and won't support those wages.

True but the union are skilled they just need to go faster
