Glendale AZ , you should also get the DYI 4X4 front spring hangers they're a lot heavier duty and they also replace the front body mount

I also forgot to ask how do you like the best mud tires I think that BFG made years ago??? I’m running a set with the same tread pattern that you are running!!! Mine are the 35”x12.50x16”!!! What size tire did you say that you was going to run again??? I would definitely not run with a 4.56 gear!! I’d definitely go with a 4.88 gear!! Just a little bit lower geared witch should work better with the 40” tires that you are planning on running!!! Why do I say that?? Well because 4.56 gears are what I went with in my 1969 Chevy 1Ton 4x4!! I’m running a 38.5” or the 39.5”?? And it definitely don’t have enough power or where I think it should be!! Off road design has a chart and it definitely shows that I am definitely on the lower side of power with how I have everything set up and the boggers!! The 4.88 in the chart they had showed the 4.88 would be the medium range gear to use and then I believe the 5.13 was the gear for the best torque and power!! And with you wanting to run 40” tires you would definitely be much happier with 4.88 gears and have the power when needed and not being as sluggish as it will be with the 4.56 gears!!! Just thought I’d let you before you end up buying a set of gears and then find out that the 4.56 gears don’t have the power you are looking for!! Plus big blocks don’t like high Rpms and with the 4.56 gears you are going to be on the higher RPMS!! At least see if you can find the graph that shows the tire size, motor that you are using, the different gears and where your rpms will be at with all the different gears!!! I definitely liked looking at the graph instead of going threw all the different stuff mathematical!!! I definitely wish I would have went with the 4.88 my self and I even have a pretty stout motor that I built for my truck!!! I built a 421 sbc that I put in the truck and put it on a Chassey dyno and it was just shy of 700 HP and the torque was Wright up there with the HP and at some rpms higher than the HP was!!! The guy that ran the dyno has been doing dyno testing motors for 40 years he had said!!!

I have the m1028 with true Trac 60 up front. Your truck is pretty clean considering your up north. My 1028 has a substantial skid for the one tank on driver side, might look into it before moving
