Thks for great warm up tips. I twisted my left ankle 2 weeks ago trying to retrieve a ball while ' backing' to the back of the court.

Ankles repair themselves quickly and you can strap them so it should not keep you off the court too long, If you can add calf raises to your morning exercises it will help your ankles build strength. Glad you liked the videos.

@@squashanalysis5670 thks for another great tip..raising calf to speed recovery. This warm up tip video made me realised, not only we need to warm the ball, but more importantly to hv a good body warm up. Correct me if I am wrong, but the warm ups is mainly on the lower part of the body e.g.legs etc? Should similar stretches required for our upper body like shoulders etc?

@@jamesshong966 Yep legs and back, your arm will be warmed up with warm up hitting which you start slow then build into. Shoulders are ball and socket joints and easy to damage ligaments and muscles if you over stretch so best to gradually warm them up with gradual hitting. you have 2 minutes each side so your upper body has plenty of time to warm up in the on court warm up.
