It looked like Kandra's heart rate was pretty low for most of the match, but I would love to have seen the reading at 8:22! That guy is another Paul Coll. He's going to be fun to watch for a long time.

I wish I could go out for a jog with a HR of 134! I'm up around 150bpm for a easy run! I wore a HR monitor when I got back into squash and was alarmed to see it spiking at 192bpm, its now down to below 180 on full gas

First time I saw Kandra was on a you tube video for fast foot work. I would share it with any students who were looking to improve court movement. I named him "Happy Feet", he is one ubersquash player. Look out Simon, the Raphanator has arrived!

Nice to see Marwan being gracious at the end. Probably 100 people out of a 100 were rooting for Kandra (me too). Marwan is a great player, but it's easier to root for athletes who are gracious and respectful.
