+Michael Cowan overload work
@Burog18 жыл бұрын
+Ratchet Lifters lol what's the point of the overload if u can't even be close to hitting it. Also with that form he had he doesn't need to worry about "overload" he's needs to practice the movement with submaximal weights to improve his form.

Mike, just curious, what is your opinion on the white dude's reps? He has scarily poor form, he is bent far over, his knees are buckling severely, he isn't hitting parallel, and all around it looks to be dangerous for him to be hitting those reps. I'm all about pushing it past the point of no return, but not at the complete abandonment of form.

Just my input on this.. Being a 2x Nationals Champion in my powerlifting federation and a World Champion this year and beingtrained by one of the best drug free lifters in the game, from what i saw in this video, the shirtless guy and the guy with the dreads are the only lifters I saw actually squat deep and that was during the warm up sets. Why go so heavy if you are not going to squat with a low enough depth to get the full benefit of the training. Whether you are training for strength or for lower development the depth is key. The big guy is much stronger than is given credit to but can definitely get lower if he lightened the weight. The guy with cap is strong but is not deep enough to see any benefit at all. Needs to lighten the weight and do full reps. Just a few things I've noticed just from watching.
