Here are the technique highlights taken from my most recent squat seminar at Base Gym. I discuss the fundamental cues for the main squat variations including low bar squat, high bar squat and front squat while Base Body Babes demonstrates. The techniques I use I have learnt from working with some of the best coaches and athletes in the world and I have successfully used these cues over the years to improve the squats of all levels of lifters, from the very beginner to the absolute best in the world. I really like these uploads. The information delivered/communicated in a simple manner is one of the best ways to teach people. I would suggest to also showing clips of the side view of the quat demonstrations so that people can see how it looks from the side. Nonetheless, you are killing it with the uploads!

Thank you. This is hands down the best squat tutorial and the one I've been searching for forever!!!!! The only element that would complete it but perhaps it is already in another video, is the bracing and breathing during squatting. But this is fantastic!

Every time I feel like my squat technique is improving I realise there are certain cues I am not doing and these types of videos are soooo helpful for me.

Awesome mate! When's the deadlift video coming, all these years of lifting and deadlift is the only lift that still doesn't gel with me very well!

Hi! Awesome video has always. I have a very poor ankle movility, I know you said in the video that maybe, because of poor movility I shouldnt be squating. But heres the thing, I love squating ... so I would love to get better at it. Last 3 weeks i have been using disks on the floor to elevate the back of my feet.. that increese my movility, but I dont know if I should increese weight with that hack.... i would appreciate a lot any advice 🤗

Does spreading the floor help with hitting the quads more ? I feel when I sores the floor it automatically fires the quad I keep that tension and that floor spread feeling o the way up and down and that’s the only way I get sore on quads the next day

Hey love your videos - you always say “this is the stance that’s right for xxx” and i get everyone will have different stances due to different body compositions. I’m a rather tall guy - roughly 6’5 and I struggle to find a comfortable position while squatting - any tips for a tall guy? Thanks heaps

he man if youre not a powerlifter dont barbell squat i barbell squatted for years but did nothing for me when i quitted barbell squatting and doing close stance leg press db bulgarian split squats my quads get huge and iam 6'6 btw but if youre squatting wide stance low bar is best if youre have short torso long legs
