I saw an interview including the art/visual director as well, and she also had such well thought out and interesting ideas. Like the coffins being gift boxes because even death is seen as a "gift" to the poor according to the twisted mindset of the game creator. Clearly the director not only has an amazing creative vision, but hires people who do as well.
