The system is also a construct of people with lack of humanity in them. The series definitely highlights these problems that arise in society. Inequality forces others to treat others as brutally as the system pushes them. Looking at it from a big perspective, the "system" is more so an unethical and unavoidable fortified construct of greed for the victims to it. This has nothing to do with evolutionary constraints, or emotional and metaphorical ones. It poses as the number one issue for people who have been unlucky enough to be born poor. However, it is their responsibility to transition and overcome their stances to achieve the life they think is bearable. To comment on the central tenet of existentialism, existence does in fact precede essence. On the other hand, environment and experiences can substantially change the mindset of people who in the centre of being human are brutally selfish for survival. However this ensues an internal fight between the impoverished instead of cutting the roots of the system. To do so, people must unite and think. Societal conditioning forces both the rich and poor in different ways. The salesman is right in only certain cases. Those who fight others for personal benefit, going against their morals have been even more oppressed by the objectives of the same system. The key is to surmount the system by avoiding it's ways. The ones that perish with no lead in the games were also people counted as victims of the system, and were innocent. By that sense, all poor people are trash, which is not true. Those who figured out the strategy and fought for their lives were smart but cared about money. The games in a way reflect the very core of the system. People are not responsible for feeling the need of getting into one of these games, they're responsible for their actions. Gi hun's character has an odd constrast. He convinces himself to save everyone for the sake of restoring humanity and highlighting the meaningless nature of the system yet in his eyes only the ones that follow him matter to him. On one hand there is Gi hun who wants the games to end, on the other hand there are people in massive debt, desperate for money to live their lives. Both are correct, but none do anything to beat the system. Beating the system lies in control drived by peace and murder drived by justice rather than greed. There is no room for personal issues in a plan where the motive is to collectively defeat a system. Because It's also built from the same loopholes. In conclusion, the system is to blaim for oppressing people at the cost of equality. The people are at blaim for not realising this and instead being invested in riots among themselves. No one in general is trash for salvaging their own survival. But when drived by greed and power, grows a sense of desire which convinces humans that their greed matters the most, which does not in reality.
