Well, fun fact Squiddo! If you came there with "food and diamond sword" it would all rot. Xp You would need to make bran new stuff native from this world. There are plenty of ores underground and dungeons to loot for goodies! But also a Rot Bar to deal with. (Some food can cure that) Basically: The Betweenland is rotting living being.

i would recommend the Erebus. Or, Dimensional doors, specifically its dungeons, as the normal doors are just pocket dimensions to store stuff. It is always fun seeing you react to mods, espesical those i already know.

The Betweenlands is a hard mod to get used to. Lurkers being near your house is incredibly useful, as they eat Anglers, which, unlike Lurkers, are hostile. You got incredibly unlucky during that storm by getting that event, too. Trust me, that doesn't usually happen. Also, torches in the Betweenlands are made using sulfur, which can be found as commonly as coal in caves. I kinda hope you revisit it with your new knowledge because honestly this video was pretty fun. If not, then I just explained parts of the mod to you for absolutely no reason.

Nice to see a different kind of player tackle the Betweenlands, this beautiful locale full of particle effects, mobs, and blocks that no Vanilla user could even imagine. I'd recommend crafting yourself a solid iron suit of armor, or diamond first before going in, or looking thru the config menu to whitelist a bunch of items to use in the Betweenlands that normally gets junked. Or if you're like me, then you'll probably just go into creative mode and decide to play around with all the cool-looking bits and bobs to create a really nice place. And yes, Craig can come too!

If you combine Biomes o plenty and Oh the biomes you'll go in 1.16.5, you'll get a pretty unique experience in both the nether and the end, especially if you also add Quark. So you could do a tourist episode in the upgraded nether or end

Squiddo, I think it would be cool if you could try out Toiu's Herobrine mod! It's one of the best out there. Herobrine will spawn in darkness, like any other mob. During the day, he's most likely to either disappear when you get too close, or run at you, damage you, blind you, and then disappear. He's more likely to kill you at night. There's even the cursed forests, with no leaves. And when underwater in that biome, the water turns red. You can find his classical dirt pyramids throughout your world, when building a house, your door might open by itself, and when you kill mobs, there's a chance for Herobrine to pop up and damage you, then disappear. And if you try sleeping, he has a chance to do the same thing.

I think, when it said "Anything will taste better after eating this..." it meant that it was so bad, that any other food item would be a better option by comparison, not that eating it would make other foods actually better than normal.

Well... In the betweenlands the more you eat of something the more fed up with it you become and thus gives you less food and saturation and by eating Chiromaw wing it negates this effect so technically it does make other food better.
