Love that sound on “You Know You’re Right.” I heard that supposedly a Boss HM-3 Hyper Metal was used on the recording as Kurt didn’t bring any of his equipment and that pedal was what Earnie Bailey had.

I love how all of us Nirvana nerds play Lithium as accurately as possible. I never see people play the power chord with 2 fingers, never hear that high note backstroke when plucking the power chords, never hear the start of the song with an e minor chord, any of that.

I need to finish my mustang lol. Mine has been an unfinished project since 2017.. I ended up waiting for the right deals and eventually got a half painted squier VM Mustang body (no wiring) and squier jaguar neck that had cracked finish all for almost pocket money. I dread the refinishing process so it just sits :(

You may have missed the point, but it was to closely replace a $2000 Fender as cheaply as possible. This build was only $300 versus the $2000+ KC stangs are going for now. As for the phase switching and trem, those are vintage mustang specs, not just a Cobain thing. I own more unique gear than I do Cobain gear, but my content is specialized on Cobain stuff because of all the mystery that surrounds it.
