Well done, a productive session was that. Well worth positioning your hide with the sun rising behind it. 1 it keeps movement inside in the shadows and 2, the target area is always well lit as soon as the sun comes up.

Thanks, and yes I agree about the sun rising. This area is quite dense and this was the only suitable area that I could put the feeder with available space to put my hide. I'll see if I can reposition it as I agree with you.

Good stuff! I put peanuts in mainly because they can't resist any time of the year, but I do use wheat sometimes as it is a lot cheaper.

It is a Primos trigger stick (short version) when I’m squirrel shooting sat on a chair, but I use the tall version for everything else. I also use a Bog Death grip Lite clamp instead of the standard v-yoke.
