And every time I have to drive through New Haven it’s like being in a pinball game. And the shootings and robberies that are not reported is staggering. I had a Home Improvement business that I’ve recently retired from because of the insanity.

I hate paying property tax on property I own. Every year, it goes up. At the end of this year, I will no longer be able to afford to live in my house anymore. I gave everything I had left to taxes last year and can't afford food now. And I don't qualify for food stamps because of the property I own that I can't afford to live in. This is ridiculous!

I’m with you and everyone else. I’m 65 now, I started avoiding people in my early forties. That’s when I realized how “two face” most people are. They will smile to your face than “stab you in the back” the minute they have the chance. I have been divorce for over 20 years, my family tells me I need to get out and meet people. I tell them why? I’m 65 and will do activities that will only please me, I do not want to deal with most negative people.

Welcome to the club. I have been awake for 5 years now and have self-isolated. I will be 70 this year and have not had any meaningful human contact, no family, etc. in this time. It is very hard to be around people who don't believe you and refuse to learn the truth. You are doing an excellent job in waking up normies gradually. Once everyone learns the horrific truths that have been hidden this will change lives forever. Everyone has to go through the "dark night of the soul". Hopefully most will be able to take it. 45 here, and I am getting to the same point. Covid changed a lot of people, but I was this way before then. I used to grocery shop at Walmart at 3-4am before they stopped 24 hour schedules during lockdowns and never went back. Now I order most of my groceries and either pick them up or have them dropped at my door. I used to love meeting new people, and now I’d rather stay home with my husband and children. I am perfectly happy to not leave my house for 2 weeks at a time and I don’t feel bad about it!😂😂😂 I’ve had too many people (even close family) just cause so much pain and hurt and complete unwillingness to work through issues that I just lost interest in fighting to address things anymore. Most of us Gen X are over the cray cray.

I work 3rd shift, so I go to Walmart in the mornings after work and there's not a lot of people there. On the rare occasion I go in the middle of the day, it's beyond annoying. Like I said, when I was younger I was unbothered by that. But it's different now.

I am 66. Almost 67, and to be perfectly honest, I avoid people too. With the exception of my children, Grandchildren, other family members and some selective friends, I am very much an introverted loner by choice. I love my personal space, peace and autonomy. My Dad as he got older, started shopping late at night, when I asked him why, he told many reasons, rude people, parents who are verbally, physically and mentally abusive to their children in public. And if they are willing to treat their children that was in front of people. What are they doing when they are home. He had bad knees, less people to navigate with less people in the store.

It more than kinda ticks me off because I had a STROKE at WORK and got NO help. My medical bills just from that were more than 100k. Then the therapy after...I was refused foodstamps, medicaid (their refusal was because I could no longer have children), and social security disability. They sent me papers saying I was receiving $700 per month but I personally NEVER RECEIVED IT. Then I told over the phone by some other side lawyer telling the judge that I could work fast food. I wanted to maul someone through the phone. I would love to have MY tax money back so I can fix my credit and be able to live independently rather than MY money going to some politicians to funnel to George soros or Chelsea Clinton. 😊

I've been the same way all of my life. I learned at a very young age that people suck. Luckily, I can go to markets when they open. I go through the drive-through at the pharmacy.
