No not actually.... Siddartha was a novel written by Hermann hesse... It was made into a film in hollywood starring Shashi kapoor.... O nodi re was the actual bengali version of the song o beqrar dil... O nodi re song was from a bengali movie named 'neel akasher neechey' which won president's medal fron central government.... Latter hemant kumar re recorded the song o nodi re in Siddartha.. He was the music composer of that film... He was the first ever indian singer to playback in hollywood... Siddartha was released in 1970s... But the film neel akasher niche was released in 1959...hemant kumar recorded the song twice...
