Almost, exactly what the Ottoman Turks did to the Armenians in the 1915 genocide to 1921. My grandfather’s entire family were murdered. He was only 2 years old and left orphaned by being hidden. Lost his identity and roots. Like many Armenians we don’t have a real surname. And lost most of our homeland including Karabakh in September. 😢
