Rajiv ji...why can't the terms which Ken Wilbur has patented be challenged legally?
@jagannathdas5491Ай бұрын
He does not lack ideas for us to give. What i am hinting is "look at what you can contribute" at least think about what ways you can contribute to Rajivjis cause which is your and mine cause, Bharatiya cause. Can you slap a plagiarism case on Ken? Can you at least support by spreading his book to 10 places?

India intellectuals should get together and bring the problems of copying Indian thoughts and calling them their own and so change and correct the situations. Do not talk about it but take legal and intellectual actions to rectify and correct the situations.

I think just like aurobindo, others can also correlate or have their own experiences and come to the same conclusion because all are focusing on the same reality. We ourselves have divisions when it comes to consciousness, that’s why we have dvaita, advaita, vashitadvaita… and so on. Same is happening across science and philosophical communities now. You can’t say it is stolen because, if we get the same concept in math form instead of just matras, we all will progress as a civilisation.

But they are not having any experiences , they are studying our knowledge tradition and then calling them western idea or Christian idea. That's where the problem is.

Aurobindo's views on consciousness are metaphysical and spiritual in nature. In contrast, modern approaches to the study of consciousness are largely grounded in empirical and computational frameworks, drawing upon fields such as neuroscience, psychology, artificial intelligence, and secular philosophy. As a result, contemporary research on consciousness has no connection to Aurobindo's work. Ken Wilber, notably, does not even hold a bachelor's degree, let alone a Ph.D. He initially studied biochemistry at Duke University but left to pursue his interests in consciousness and philosophy. Wilber's ideas on consciousness are metaphysical rather than scientific, which is why he does not publish his work in peer-reviewed journals. This underscores the questionable credibility of Malhotra, who has resorted to writing lengthy books and delivering grandiose talks against a non-scientific proponent of pseudoscience who lacks even a basic college education.
